The Honourable Senator Grafstein, Chair of the Standing Senate Committee on Banking, Trade and Commerce, tabled its fifteenth report entitled: Falling Behind: Answering the wake-up call. What can be done to improve Canada's productivity performance?—Sessional Paper No. 1/38-623S.
The Honourable Senator Grafstein moved, seconded by the Honourable Senator Joyal, P.C., that the report be placed on the Orders of the Day for consideration at the next sitting.
